Oracle was planning on using natural gas turbines for their Jupiter DC near El Paso. AS of yesterday, they are switching the required 2,45GW to Bloom fuel cells,
Any view on CGEH’s micro turbines? The technology looks interesting. Also, do you see FCEL ever being a viable player in BE’s marker or for smaller scale projects or are they and PLUG just too far behind and likely to continue to be stuck in purgatory? Thx
you should look into Ceres. considered #2 in the SOFC market.
if you want a more credible way to play it, then look into Weichai, which owns a portion (~20%) of Ceres, and has signed agreements with them. They are a high quality large biz that has direct exposure to hyperscaler capex.
i would personally forget about FCEL or PLUG. too speculative.
Congrats on a great play! Could you explain, how do the Bloom cells work, from the technical perspective? What do they use as fuel and why are they low emission?
Good and ballsy timing to release before earnings! No position here, but congrats, and very interesting company. Amazing business.
thank you yes i did go full degen here hahaha

Any thoughts on CGEH? Gets no love and exited bankruptcy, but their tech is as good or close. But the multiple is orders of magnitude smaller.
Have you looked into Ceres Power?
No sorry
